Monet's Garden at Giverny.

Near Paris is Monet's home and garden at Giverny. This is another small town which has been completely taken over by tourism. We waited 45 minutes to get in to see the gardens, but it was worth the wait. Monet created masterpieces in the garden before transferring them to the canvas, and the gardens have been maintained beautifully. We recommend trying to visit on a weekday.
